Antarel: APU is a very peaceful and passive world, located in, what you refer to as, the Alpha Centauri star system – associated with the Proxima Centuari star. The people mostly live in rural areas in small villages and are mostly focused on their family and the community. They are a content and happy people focused on working together and helping each other. We are aware of some of the hi-tech knowledge and developments on other worlds along with some of disasters that have come about because of these advances and have been content to be where we are using our own highly developed psychic and healing abilities to help each other. 

We are able to manifest, replicate, remote view, bi-locate without using any foreign technology; simply by using our own God given abilities that many of us have developed to a high degree. We never use these abilities to bring harm to others. This is a foreign concept to us. This is why I like one of your expressions very much – “Don’t go without. Go within.” To us that is the way to proceed.

We are aware of many of the high beings in the spiritual administration. However, we do not develop relationships with them. APU is approximately 20% smaller than Earth with a pretty similar surface with animals and plants that are generally similar to the ones you are familiar with. As you can imagine there are also some that would appear strange to you only because they are unknown to you, but not in any weird sense.

Most of the home structures in the villages and countryside are pretty primitive, but quite suitable and comfortable for the people that live in them. There is no running water or electricity or much need of such since the modern electronic devices are not readily available outside of the metropolitan areas. Villages are built near running streams and wood is available for firewood to heat and cook.

In the urban areas the styles of architecture and the use of color have gone through many different phases during the different eras of time. There was a period where all stark lines and corners were discarded for rounded corners. At that same time, the people turned away from stark or dark colors to muted, softer colors. It was meant to provide a sense of peace and tranquility, but that era did not last long as the people longed for the sharper lines and vibrant colors to give contrast to the rest of the décor. Now things seemed to have settled into a reasonable and pleasing blend of both.

There are five large major metropolitan areas with car, rail and air transportation systems. Outside of these areas there is little internet connection and books are treasured possessions shared by all.

Ivika: Since Antarel has told you about our planet, I would like to tell you about the nature of the people on APU. Our people are a very loving and gentle people. We all have well developed psychic abilities. Most of those in rural areas are simple people who work the land. They think nothing of being able to communicate with those not nearby, however, it has never occurred to them to try and communicate with anyone or any being other than those they know.

This is very different in urban areas where many people come together from the different areas of APU. Here, ideas and possibilities are shared opening up many opportunities for growth and development in all areas of life. In this arena, many are open to the receiving information and inspiration from the collective consciousness. It is through our open sharing and psychic abilities that we were able to learn about the worlds around us and to envision and view what they were doing and how they conducted themselves in life. Thus, we were able to get up to speed without allowing any of their negative aspects influence us and our peaceful way of life. Now we have developed safe technologies equal to and in some cases superior to what they have.
